This week I have not been spending very much time at home; I’ve been working outside of my home on blog posts and my new gig as a freelance writer, trying to meet deadlines. It’s so much easier for me sometimes to just grab something when I am at the coffee shop where I go to write, but none of the options on their menu are very healthy. I usually end up grabbing a bagel and cream cheese and a coffee, or sometimes a donut and a coffee when I want something sweeter.
I have also been eating out more often than I should be because I’ve got some friends that suggest we go do that before we go to a movie, or to a stage production. Drinking enough water has also been a challenge for me this week; my appetite has been so different since straying off my Nutrisystem meal plan. I’m working on getting back on track, but it’s been a challenge.
The week of Christmas we are planning to travel to St. George to stay with my husband’s family. I am already preparing to take my Nutrisystem meals with me and get back on track. I know that we will probably eat out when we are there, and I will plan ahead and make better choices than the ones I have made in my 21st week of being on Nutrisystem.
On the positive side of things, one of my very good friends is also losing weight, and would be a great support system for me in addition to my Nutrisystem family. I know that I do not ask for their support nearly as much as I should!
I am still maintaining my weight of 138.4 lbs.

- Thighs: 20
