Week 20 on Nutrisystem #NSNation

It’s much more challenging than I had thought to survive the holidays while on Nutrisystem. My husband keeps buying these Christmas tree-shaped sugar cookies and other tasty treats and has put them in plain sight of me! For the most part, I am able to resist, but every now and again I just have to eat one.

It used to be that I could never stop at just one treat, but I am finding that after I eat one, I will actually stop, which is a very good thing. As a result of eating treats more often than I normally do, I have not been able to lose any more weight. I’ve been craving a lot more sugary things lately, and cannot resist ordering soda when I go out to eat.

My weight for the 20th week is still at 138.4 lbs. I am very glad to see that I have not gained more because of making bad choices, but frustrating too that I am ultimately keeping myself from meeting my goals.

My measurements for this week were:

  • Upper Arms: 11
  • Chest: 36
  • Waist: 31
  • Hips: 37
  • Thighs: 20
