In August I started Nutrisystem, and I’ve lost a total of 13 pounds since then simply by improving my eating habits. When I reach my goal weight, I will no longer be eating Nutrisystem meals every day and will have to start planning out new breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner plans to help me maintain my end weight. The one thing I haven’t improved on is exercising.
I am so glad that I read Fit Moms for Life: How to Have Endless Energy to Outplay Your Kids by certified personal trainer Dustin Maher. Since he was a child, Dustin has been well-informed on what to eat and how to take care of his body. He now uses that knowledge, which he in part learned from his mother, to work with moms to help them get back in shape–and stay in shape for life.
In Fit Moms for Life, Dustin explains in great detail how women (and men, too!) can use his 5 pillars of health to get in the best shape of their lives. The book also includes appendixes with charts, empty journal pages, and further resources to help you get on track.
Throughout Fit Moms for Life, you’ll read personal stories of real clients that have worked with Dustin and had amazing results. Some have reached their weight loss goals, but have new goals that they are working toward. Others are still a work in progress, but their stories are just as compelling.
Thanks to Fit Moms for Life, I have all of the tools I need to work out effectively and learn how to plan more healthy meals for my family. I highly recommend this book for all who want to live healthier and longer.
