A Preview of Simply Stacie’s Visit to New York City for the War Horse Premiere #DisneyDreamWorksEvent
I only have two more full days to prepare for this weekend’s exciting trip to New York City for the War Horse Red Carpet Premiere. I’m sure that the next days will be spent debating what to pack for winter weather in New York City, charging up my camera’s battery, making a play list to load onto my iPhone for the long plane ride, and deciding which review books to take with me so you have book reviews to read when I get home.
I’ve gotten pretty good with figuring out how to travel light, but I always seem to pack things that I don’t really need. This trip I’m going to challenge myself to only take what I absolutely need; if there’s something I simply cannot live without, I’ll find it when I get to New York City.
I want to give you a little preview of what you can expect to see getting posted on the site over the coming month. There will be interviews with Emily Watson (“Rose Naracott” in War Horse) and Steve Fickinger (VP of Creative Development and Licensing, who will be speaking with us about Mary Poppins on Broadway and the exciting development of Newsies for Broadway), as well as reviews of War Horse, Beauty and the Beast 3D and Tangled Ever After, and Mary Poppins on Broadway.
You can connect with War Horse, Beauty and the Beast 3D, and Mary Poppins via Facebook and Twitter for the latest news.
