Week 13 on Nutrisystem #NSNation
When I have a little bit of junk food during the week, I get a little obsessive over my weight and will weigh myself more than once a week, even though I should not. This week I saw some really fluctuating numbers, ranging from 144 lbs. and now today I am at 141.8 lbs., and need to do everything I can to slowly decrease my weight from now on.
I am really amazed at what happens when I don’t stick to the Nutrisystem plan for a day or two. When I stick to it, I see results, and when I don’t, the weight starts going up almost immediately. I do want to be able to keep off the weight and maintain a lower weight when all is said and done, but I also want to enjoy the foods and restaurants that I like in small moderation.
An exercise DVD found its way into my mailbox this week. It’s called BusyFit, and the workout is about 20 to 25 minutes long. The movements were easy, no fancy footwork or arm movements necessary. I didn’t feel like a flailing fish out of water using this workout. It felt kind of easy, actually, but that’s very deceiving. The next day, my muscles were sore, and I felt like I’d worked out twice as hard as I really had. I gave myself two days of rest after trying it that first time, and am excited to use it again hopefully on a more regular basis, as long as I’m not in too much pain.

- Chest: 36
- Waist: 32
- Hips: 37
- Thighs: 20.5
