mark Review

mark. is a home business similar to Avon and Mary Kay that sells a wide range of products from cosmetics to apparel. mark. products are only available through a representative or online at meetmark.com. By purchasing through a representative, you are supporting a hard-working woman’s business and will have opportunities to host parties at your home–or online–and earn some great discounts for yourself.

I actually remember seeing mark. advertisements on television years ago, and had forgotten about this line of products, so I was excited to finally get to try something from the catalog. There were so many things I found myself interested in.

I finally knew exactly what I wanted to try for this review the second I saw it: The Big Fix 15-in-1 Benefits Balm. I have extremely dry feet, and nothing has worked for me. I asked Joy Hardin, the mark. consultant who provided the product for this review, how it would work on feet. She immediately responded to let me know that another rep used it for exactly the same purpose. I couldn’t wait to try it, and hopefully get rid of my dry, itchy feet forever. The Big Fix 15-in-1 Benefits Balm can also be used for chapped knees and elbows, and even more surprising to me, as a way to smooth down out of control eyebrows.

The Big Fix 15-in-1 Benefits Balm contains .48 oz. of product that is in a tube that looks like a gigantic chapstick. I immediately fell in love with the scent of it. Ingredients are Fair Trade Certified (you can read more about the practice of Fair Trade Certified here), and include cocoa butter, olive oil, and vanilla, mixed together with sunflower oil and beeswax.

I took Joy’s suggestion to use the balm at night on my feet before I went to bed. After I applied a nice layer of it to the entire bottom of my feet as well as my heels, I covered them with socks and then went to sleep. The balm had a nice little tingle when I applied it, and I could literally feel it working to heal my poor feet.

The next morning, my feet smelled pleasant, like vanilla and sunflowers, and more importantly–they were soft! There were no longer white flakes of dried up skin on my feet, and they looked and felt smooth. I began to make this a nightly ritual, and when I keep up on the practice, my feet are no longer dry or itchy during the day.

The biggest downside is that it’s so easy to run out of the Big Fix 15-in-1 Benefits Balm, so I do not indulge nightly anymore. Instead, I use it when I notice that my feet are getting slightly worse, and I concentrate on the worst areas. The best thing about all the mark. products is that they are completely AFFORDABLE!
