Bamboo Bottle Company Review

Living in Central California, things can really heat up in the summertime. Since I am a mom of many kids, I am always on the go and I have always wanted to get one of those fancy water bottles that are out of my price range, but I have just not been able to talk myself into it. Now that I have been using my Bamboo Bottle for about a week now, I am glad that I drug my feet getting myself a water bottle. If I can just keep my kids away from it, life is good.

Bamboo Bottle Company uses BPA free plastics, is dishwasher safe handles hot and cold liquids and will not allow chemicals to seep into your drink. I think the most impressive thing to me is that the holder is made out of bamboo and I have learned that bamboo is a responsible choice of materials as bamboo matures and is harvestable in 3-4 years time. Bamboo is also extremely strong, smooth and beautiful.

The bamboo portion of the water bottle should not go into the dishwasher but the bottle is made so that all the components come apart. The part that holds the liquid is made of a heavy glass that reminds me of antique type milk bottles because of how thick and durable the glass is.

This bottle in my opinion is not for the die-hard sports enthusiast. A cycler or runner would not find this practical as the bottle is bulky and heavy. But the bulk and the weight are part of the characteristics that make this such a beautiful water bottle. For me, a busy mom that needs a water bottle to have in the car, to take on errands and to have on hand, it is perfect. I think that this is a product you will want to consider because of its craftsmanship and the ideology of the company making it. They have made all aspects of the production gentle to the earth, down to the paper and ink they use for the product flyers and labels. For family and earth friendly products and natural beauty, the Bamboo Bottle gets an A+ from me.
