Saturday Featured Blog | C’est La Vie
Welcome to Simply Stacie’s Saturday Featured Blog!
Today I would like to welcome Lyra from C’est La Vie. I had a chance to learn more about her blog and here’s what she had to say…
Please tell me about yourself.
Hi there! I am a happily-married housewife, small business owner and community volunteer. Three years ago I left the monotony and frustration of working as a Product Manager for a large corporate Telecom firm, in favor of pursuing my dream of volunteer social work for my local Spanish community, as well as my passion for interior décor and event planning. I gave up a lucrative, but unsatisfactory career, in favor of a life-style that is rich in blessings and satisfaction, albeit considerably less in terms of pay. I started my business, C’est La Vie officially one year ago, I offer decorating, event design and photography services. Aside from my affinity for design and photography, I have incurable wanderlust and had the opportunity to travel to many awe-inspiring places all over the world. Observing the way many different cultures interpret and utilize color, textures, textiles and design, has influenced my own design philosophy that a beautiful space can be attained on any budget.
Please tell me about your blog.
My blog C’est La Vie, is a place for me to share the client Interior Decor and Event Design (party planning) projects I work on. I also share the DIY projects I implement into my own home, which I lovingly call Chateau C’est La Vie, as well as the Fine Art Photography Galleries inspired by pictures I have taken all over the Globe. I also share what inspires me as a decorator and photographer, a place for to share beautiful things that will brighten anybody’s day:)
