Milk Review

One of the toughest things about being a new mom is remembering to take care of yourself. Just getting a shower and wearing real clothes each day is a challenge. This is why I was excited to try Milk Nursingwear. As a new mom (my son is just a little over a week old) who has chosen to breastfeed, I deserve to be able to dress comfortably while still maintaining a sense of style! Milk was founded by Elisa Minsk Hartstein, who understands firsthand what it is like, having breastfed her four children. Hartstein is committed to providing stylish clothing that allows moms to nurse with comfort and ease. The company supports moms in their choice to breastfeed, as well as championing female entrepreneurs.

I was really excited to try the Crossover Maternity nightgown. Made from organic cotton, this nightgown makes nighttime feedings a breeze! Simply pull aside the wrap front for easy access. Available in 4 attractive colors (black, cerulean blue, purple and raspberry), this nightgown also makes a new mom feel good about herself. The ruffle along the hem adds a feminine touch without being too fussy and the nightgown is comfortable without making you feel like you are wearing a shapeless sack! Who wouldn’t want ease, comfort and style all in one simple nightgown?

Milk offers a wide range of products, including many attractive nursing bras, tops and dresses. As a fuller figured woman, I am happy to see that they offer plus size options that are just as attractive as their regular sized clothes. They also offer baby slings in an assortment of beautiful prints and colors, as well as nursing accessories such as privacy covers. Gift cards are also available and make a great gift for baby showers and new moms!
