Cool Gel’n Cap Review

With three young children, I am no stranger to bumps and bruises. In fact, we have had several “goose eggs”, black eyes and bumps to the head. I would wrap a few ice cubes in a towel but my children refused to hold it on for enough time because they didn’t like it when the ice would start to melt and drip onto their skin.

The Cool Gel’n Cap is such a fun and useful concept that comes to the rescue when your little one needs all natural pain relief from headaches, head bumps and bruises. I even used it when my little guy had an earache and nothing else would soothe the pain. He loved the puppy style Cool Gel’n Cap and actually fell asleep about 15 minutes after we put it on his head, covering his sore ear.

This product is a first aid cap providing all natural pain relief which I really appreciate because I always like to try natural methods before resorting to medications. The Cool Gel’n Cap is very easy to use and the hat has an opening where you simply insert the hot/cold therapy gel packs. Children can still participate in activities such as reading, clutching a beloved stuffed animal or just cuddling in mommy’s arms since the Cool Gel’n Cap “comforts without restrictions.”

There are two adorable characters to choose from named “Toby” and “Tulip” and I swear my children were conspiring for injuries just so that they could wear their new cap. Needless to say, I quickly put a stop to that idea but of course the next day there was a fall of a bike that led to a bump on the head and lots of “comfort” from Toby.
