Title: How to Make Money with Social Media: An Insider’s Guide on Using New and Emerging Media to Grow Your Business

Author: Jamie Turner

My Review:

How to Make Money With Social Media: An Insider’s Guide On Using New and Emerging Media to Grow Your Business can be a valuable tool — and for those who really absorb the lessons within it (and work them), it is an invaluable one.

This book teaches concepts like social media magnetism and circular momentum and breadth and depth of social media, to name a few. Social media campaigns are complicated and involved and demand your attention — in order to be effective. After all, being successful with social media is truly a skill that requires significant time and effort. With this book, the authors provide a comprehensive and intensive plan to build your business (whatever your business might be). Personally, I think that this book would be a great reference for bloggers and PR people, as well as small businesses…after all, the true message is how to use social media. If you’re trying to make money or build a following, the theories and practices will work for you — if you work them.

The beauty of this book is that it is timely and relevant. You might not utilize every single word in this book for your own use, but I guarantee you will use a lot of them, if you want to incorporate social media effectively (don’t we all?). One thing I can say for sure about How To Make Money With Social Media is that it will take time (this is definitely a learning process), but there is tremendous value to the information that is packed into this book.

*I received a copy of this book to review but I was not financially compensated in any way. The opinions expressed are my own and are based on my observations while reading this novel.*
