The Couponizer Review

When my husband and I made the life changing decision that I would leave the corporate world to home educate our three young children, we knew that we would have to make major changes in order to live well on one income. I have always used coupons combined with savings at the grocery store but decided to take it to the next level and it has become the major source of savings for our family of five. I have had numerous people over the years ask how we can save so much using coupons and my best advice is to get your coupons organized. If you do not have a good system in place to organize the coupons then it is easy to get frustrated as well as lose out on potential money savers.

I recently had the opportunity to try the Couponizer® and was very impressed with how easy it was to organize my coupons. What I like most is this is actually a coupon system instead of simply a coupon holder and in my opinion that is extremely important for those new to couponing as well as seasoned couponers too. The Couponizer® has 18 category pockets not just for grocery coupons but I use it for my restaurant, retail store and other coupons too to keep everything conveniently located in one place. I love the separate sleeve for loyalty or reward cards because this frees up valuable space in my wallet and I always know where my reward cards are to maximize savings. Within the Couponizer® system there is a handy shopping list and CoupTracker so that you can really watch your savings at up by making a list of your money saved. I was impressed that the Couponizer® even includes a pair of scissors so you can clip savings anywhere!

I personally transferred all of my coupons to the Couponizer® and have used this system several times at the grocery store prior to writing this review. For me the most time saving part is the CoupStacker which is a pre-sorting mat which makes it very easy to arrange your coupons by category and then put into the coordinating sleeves of your Couponizer®.

I am extremely impressed and highly recommend this as a money saving tool. I liked how easy it is to use and it saves me time and frustration at the checkout line too because I have all of the coupons that I am using that day ready in a pocket to hand to the cashier.
