Tellurian Baby Review & Giveaway (US) (closed)

Looking for a simple, natural and complete line of baby skin care and bath products?  Look no further than Tellurian Baby Products.  I was sent the complete line of products including shampoo, body wash, lotions, baby oils and diaper cream to test out on baby Erik.
When Stacie asked me to do this review, the first thing I did was check out the Tellurian Baby website and found this information that made me want to try out their line:

At Tellurian we have redefined the concept of “natural”. In our quest to find the most effective and scientifically advanced ingredients and our research into the most effective natural ingredients for the skin what we discovered is that the most credible natural and beneficial ingredients are those naturally present in the skin. We refer to the concept as-
“Skin care based on the nature of the skin itself”

Now, Erik is a pretty sensitive little guy (skin wise) and he reacts to perfumes and dyes – we accidently left the bounce dryer bar in the dryer when washing his clothes once, and he ended up with an almost head to toe rash… so I am very careful about what I will let touch his baby fine skin, so I did what every mommy would do – I tried the products on myself.

One of the first claims I tested was the claim that the shampoo was tearless, so I lathered up the shampoo and stuck my head under the shower with my eyes wide open and barely felt anything other than the water running into my eyes.  It really is virtually tear free – especially if you are as careful around your little one as I am around Erik.  I love that the shampoo, the body wash and the 2-in-1 shampoo and body wash come in pump bottles, it makes it really easy to get just the right amount of shampoo for your baby.  I also like the scent of both products, and so does Erik.  I prefer the 2 in 1 product on Erik, only because I can lather from head to toe in one pass and then hose him down.  The shampoo, the body wash and 2 in 1 all have a refreshing scent that doesn’t scream baby, but also doesn’t overpower anyone either.

The other product that I really like for Erik is the unscented baby oil.  It’s not greasy or messy and it really works well at keeping Erik’s skin newborn soft, despite the fact that he’s growing up way too fast. it has also helped with his cradle cap. I’ve used both of the scented baby oils on myself and really love the scented variety – vanilla with a hint of something else , , but with an unscented option, I’ve shied away from trying the scented and soothing and calming varieties on him because of his sensitivity.

The lotion also comes in a pump bottle, which I really like.  The lotion is creamy and not greasy and is great for massaging into Erik’s skin after a bath.  It has a clean, fresh scent.

Finally, the diaper cream is thick and full of zinc – I really haven’t had to use it much because Erik has been diaper rash free for the past several weeks, but I like knowing that when the inevitable does happen, that there is a dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic option out there from Tellurian.

There was nothing about this line that I didn’t like.  And I like it even more for what it doesn’t have in it:

All Tellurian Baby products are hypoallergenic, dermatologist tested and free of; Phthalates, Parabens, Formaldehyde, Propylene Glycol, 1,4 Dioxane and Mineral Oil.

So, if you are looking for a natural and hypoallergenic solution for your baby’s skincare and bathing needs, I recommend that you check out Tellurian Baby
