Okay ladies…..let’s talk frankly for a moment. After having three children in less than three years I notice that my pelvic floor muscles became weaker. Apparently, I am not suffering alone as over 20 million women suffer from this condition. This can lead to incontinence, prolapse or pain in the pelvic area.

This DVD is very well structured, easy to follow and I really felt like my pelvic floor muscles had been challenged. I was surprised at how weak it had become when I started this program. I make sure to break up this workout over 20-30 minute increments each week. After using this for several weeks I am pleased to report that I notice a definite change in my ability to complete a workout with much more ease than when I started.
Please don’t suffer anymore if you are suffering from a weak pelvic floor. At least give these workouts a chance to strengthen those muscles.
