All Terrain WinterSport Skin Protectant and Sunscreen Review
Just before the holidays, I visited my dermatologist because of a suspicious area on my neck. It turned out to be squamous cell cancer and thankfully we caught it in time. I have lived in Florida my entire life and because of my fair skin I was diligent about using sunscreen. However, in the winter months when the sun isn’t as hot it is easy to forget to use sunscreen and unfortunately I am suffering those consequences now.
All Terrain WinterSport Skin Protectant and Sunscreen with SPF 30 protects against harmful UVA/UVB rays and is both water and sweat resistant. I appreciated that the product is biodegradable and protects skin naturally with high quality ingredients including zinc, soothing aloe vera, borage seed oil and lavender to just name a few. In the winter my skin tends to dry out very easily but it felt moisturized and protected with All Terrain WinterSport. It had a really pleasant smell derived from essential oils and absorbed effortlessly into my skin with no greasy feelings (don’t you just hate that when a sunscreen is oily?).
Did you know that a major area that skin cancer is showing up is on the lips? I wasn’t aware of this until my dermatologist educated me and told me not only to protect my skin but also my lips too. All Terrain has a WinterSport Lip Balm with SPF 25. So not only does it protect from the sun but helps prevent dry, cracked lips which can be so common during the cold winter months. I am very picky about lip balms and don’t like a waxy feeling…..WinterSport Lip Balm was great in that it felt moisturizing and soothing.
You can visit the All Terrain website to view all of their skincare products and select your favorite. I just noticed All Terrain is having a blow out winter sale so I encourage you to check out the savings!
