Emerson Creek Pottery Review

I did a lot of baking for Christmas and was thrilled to use my new small loaf pan from Emerson Creek Pottery to make miniature banana bread gifts for friends and neighbors. This Artisan Bakeware is handcrafted and most importantly it is 100% lead free and uses only non-toxic natural paints so no worries about lead or chemicals leaching out into your food. My banana bread baked evenly and was perfectly browned. The small loaf pan is unglazed which makes it unique and it was very easy to use and care for. I simply coated it lightly with a touch of olive oil to make my loaves come out easily after baking (it worked well) and then washed it in the dishwasher. It is also microwave safe although I have not used it that way personally yet. I was very pleased with the price point for a handcrafted piece of Artisan Bakeware as the Emerson Creek Pottery Small Unglazed Loaf Pan is only $11.00 and an excellent value in my opinion.

Emerson Creek Pottery has a large line of Unglazed Artisan Bakeware to suit all of your baking needs including pie pans, oval bakers, bread pot, bread stones and large loaf pans. You can view the entire collection of Emerson Creek Pottery Bakeware online. I feel in love at first sight with the Unglazed Deep Dish Pizza Pan because I would be able make homemade and healthy pizzas for my family who prefer a thicker crust.

Emerson Creek Pottery has been making handcrafted pottery since 1977 in Virginia so you can feel confident that you are getting a superior product for an excellent price. You are invited to visit their website to purchase the Small Unglazed Loaf Pan that I have reviewed or to view their entire collection of handcrafted pottery and bakeware.
