LUSH Canada Review

LUSH creates amazing handmade organic cosmetics, body products and fragrances and in the spirit of the holidays is celebrating traditions from around the world. LUSH has Canadian roots and in your honor has created three fabulous products that would make excellent holiday gifts for you or someone on your list that has been really good this year.

LUSH Iced Wine Shower Jelly is made once a year and is inspired by the “wintry boozy treat made from frost-bitten grapes” and since ice wine is my favorite splurge each year, I was so surprised that it actually smelled just like it. LUSH Iced Wine Shower Jelly is made using real Canadian Ice Wine with grapefruit and bergamot oils along with a seaweed infusion and glycerin. Once I got the kids washed and out of the shower which was a difficult feat since they didn’t want to turn over the Iced Wine Shower Jelly, I turned on the heat and had a blast with this unique and fun body wash. $10.95

Every year, I waited for my grandparents to arrive from Quebec and bring baskets of Maple Candies and Maple Syrup for me to devour. LUSH Maple Taffy Lip Balm is made with 20% real maple syrup and really brings back memories. More importantly my lips are so soft and smooth when using this fabulous product. There is absolutely no greasy residue and it just absorbs effortlessly into my lips…did I mention it smells and tastes wonderful too? This is one product that I plan to stock up on and have throughout the year. $4.95

One of the things that I dread about winter is dry skin especially when the heat is used. That may not happen often in Florida but when it does my skin really takes a beating. LUSH Buche de Noel Cleanser is a fun twist on the Christmas Yule Log (P.S. My Meme made the best Yule log cake in the world!) Buche de Noel is a preservative free cleanser that will leave your skin feeling fresh, soft and clean. It smells amazing and has the mildest scrubbing action that just gives my skin a radiant glow. I mix a tiny dab with water to cleanse my face and the Satsuma oranges, almonds, kaolin and splash of brandy really do “tone and stimulate.” $9.95

I am very impressed with the quality of the ingredients and attention to every detail by the creators of LUSH beauty products. Canadian readers can purchase the products in this review or view the entire collection of LUSH products on their site.
