EatSmart Nutrition Scale Review

The EatSmart Nutrition Scale came to the rescue on Thanksgiving Day because our turkey did not have a weight on it and we were stumped. Since it was a somewhat smaller turkey, I had the idea of weighing it on our EatSmart Nutrition Scale and it weighed just over 10lbs allowing us to cook it perfectly. The EatSmart Nutrition Scale is an affordable and reliable kitchen tool and has precision “Pro Sensor” technology.

According to EatSmart here are more features that make it very useful in the kitchen:

  • FREE Calorie Factors book – Perfect for calorie counting and portion control
  • Tare Feature; Subtract the weight of any plate or container
  • 4 measurement modes: grams / ounces / kilograms / pounds
  • Max weight 11 pounds / 5 kilograms
  • Auto-Calibration; 3 minute Auto-Turnoff
  • Economically priced
  • FREE Calorie Factors book – Perfect for calorie counting and portion control
  • Compact Design and easy two-button operation

I really like that the EatSmart Nutrition Scale is compact and lightweight and does not take up a lot of valuable kitchen space. I have used it to weight lots of items in the kitchen and it has come in quite handy. I was surprised with how often I find myself using it. The EatSmart Nutrition Scale is easy to set and even easier to use. There is also a really nice Calorie Factors book which will come in handy for anyone on a calorie specific diet.

This would make an excellent holiday gift idea or even a New Year’s present for yourself if weight loss is one of your New Year’s Resolutions.
