Snack Pack Share A Smile Blog Tour

It’s the little things in life that I cherish most and make me smile.  It can be something simple like a nice stranger holding the door open for me at the post office, John coming home from and giving me a big hug and telling me how much he loves me or even finding money in an old coat. Even on day when I am down in the dumps sometimes it’s those little things that make all the difference and can completely reverse a gloomy mood.

I am one that lives by the creed to treat others the way you want to be treated. I will always try to help when asked if I can and I truly want to see others succeed in their endeavours. My friends know they can count on me to help them out and I always am there with a listening ear.

One way I can make a difference and you can too is through the Snack Pack Share A Smile Campaign. The goal is to raise $20,000 for Food Banks Canada this holiday season. Think of all the smiles that kind of money will bring to people in need!  No one should have to go hungry.

Here’s how you can help:

  1. On Facebook, look up Snack Pack Canada and “like” the page.
  2. Go to the Smile tab and click Take Me to the Daily Smile. A $1 donation will be made on your behalf to Food Banks Canada. You can also opt to Share aSmile and Snack Pack will make the donation on behalf of one of your Facebook friends.
  3. You will then receive a ballot into the weekly draw (if you fill out the form to register) AND earn points for a Smile Badge.

You can do this once per day and the more you smile, the more donations Food Banks Canada will receive and entries you will receive in the draw.

I am participating in the Snack Pack program by Mom Central on behalf of Conagra Foods Foods Canada. I received a gift card as a thank you for my participation. The opinions on this blog are my own.
