Smead A-Z Desk Organizer/Sorter Review

Is your desk or counter area just a mess of paper? I know that I had paper everywhere. In drawers, on top of the fridge, on the fridge itself…just about everywhere. Paper clutter drives me nuts. I can’t throw it away since I need it, but wanted a better way to make it look neater and allow me to find what I need easily. Enter the Fingertip File!

A Fingertip File is a place to store your papers that you want to keep accessible. Some examples of what you can store in your fingertip file are:

  • Phone and contact lists
  • Schedules and calendars
  • Directories and rosters
  • Blank forms you use all the time

You can have one as a business person or even as a stay at home mom who needs to keep track of all their kid’s activities and schoolwork. It looks much better than having all the schedules stuck on the fridge with a magnet.

I tried Smead A-Z Desk Organizer/Sorter and have to say that I love it. It’s great to put all our loose papers in that we still need to take action with. We store John’s work directory in there and it’s been soooooo much better because he would always lose that stupid piece of paper and then be running around trying to remember where he put it. Now it’s all in one place under “W” for Work related papers.  It’s great to put schedules in, medication info you get from the pharmacy, bills to be paid, etc. I use it for basically anything that we use on a regular basis or that we still need to take action with like forms and such.

The Smead Desk Organizer contains 20 durable dividers and is bound like a book with a blue vinyl cover. I love how now all these papers now have a place and it saves us a lot of rooting around the house looking for that lost form or letter.

If you are drowning in loose paper at your house, consider making your life easier with the Smead A-Z Desk Organizer/Sorter!
