Lego’s® Pirate Code Game Review
As you are trying to sort out the perfect gift ideas for this holiday season, may I recommend Lego’s® Pirate Code game? This is one of the very popular releases in the new Lego® Game line and is sure to excite young swashbucklers. Lego Games allows players to “build, play and change” and is perfect for children ages 8-12 (though my husband is 39 and had almost as much fun as my son did playing Pirate Code and Monster 4).
Lego’s® Pirate Code is a game involving both logic and luck and includes fun “secrets and treasures.” It is designed for 2-4 players and each game takes only 15-25 minutes to play.
Lego’s ® Pirate Code contains:
- 1 buildable LEGO Dice
- 1 rule booklet
- 1 building instruction booklet
- 1 LEGO minifigure
Even though this game is recommended for ages 8-12 my family had a blast playing it and even my five year old could play with a little assistance. Lego’s ® Pirate Code was fun for our entire family and it was truly hysterical to see my son come ready for battle wearing his pirate costume complete with eye patch as he sat down with a serious gleam in his eye.
I really like the design of the game board, colorful pieces and attention to detail for Lego’s ® Pirate Code. My son thought the pirate skeleton minifigure was fantastic and demanded that I mentioned how “awesome” this game was in my review.
Lego’s ® Pirate Code is available for $19.99.
You can check out the entire line of Lego ® Games online.
