Dinosaur Train All Aboard! Game Review

My children LOVE the Dinosaur Train show on PBS. I was excited to find out that The Jim Henson Company had released the new Dinosaur Train All Aboard! Game for young children ages 4+. We have a weekly Family Game Night and this was a hot commodity. The kids actually squealed when they saw it. All of the stars of Dinosaur Train come to life, including Buddy, Tiny, Shiny, Don, Cory, Tank and Mr. Conductor as they (the players) try to move the fastest along the track. The players will speed across the three dinosaur eras-Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous. The game board is colorful, has beautiful scenery and was attractive to my kids. I couldn’t believe how competitive they got and how much fun they had playing Dinosaur Train All Aboard! Even my three year old was able to play with a little help from me. What I liked is that I realized how much my children were actually learning each time they watched the Dinosaur Train because they were just a little wealth of knowledge about dinosaurs, teaching me as they played Dinosaur Train All Aboard! game. They were able to name the types of dinosaurs and identify the time periods even better than I could.

There are lots of games to choose from this Holiday season but I highly recommend the Dinosaur Train All Aboard! Game especially if you have a Dinosaur Train fan at home. It is sure to be a crowd pleasure!
