Fantastic is right! I didn’t even know LEGO blocks could do some of these things. Hinges, springs, lights? Cool! Definitely a book for the more advanced LEGO user, this would make an awesome Christmas gift to slip in with a couple of Technic sets.
All of the designs are shown from several different angles and each piece is color-coded for easy assembly. I know the little boy (or girl) who gets this book will spend hours putting together these fun designs.
There are some pretty complicated devices in here, including working vehicles, walking toys, etc. There are also functional items like folding chairs and transformable tables. I suspect that even some parents might be caught sneaking out their kids blocks just to see if they can get in on the fun too!
