Zhu Zhu Pets Review
Do you remember what the popular toys were when you were a kid? I had Lego, Cabbage Patch Kids, My Little Pony, Little People, Lite Brite and more. Its amazing for me to look at all the toys, gadgets, fads that kids have now. I think there are way more things now then when I was growing up. I am always sorting and organizing Sadie’s toys as she has so many and usually doesn’t play with them all. She loves her babies more then anything and plays with them 24/7.
When we received our party pack box filled with Zhu Zhu Pets and all the gear for our Wild Bunch Party Sadie was beyond excited. We were sent 11 Pets. Sadie of course fell in love with the pink “Sweetie” pet. Due to the Hurricane we didn’t have everybody over on the day we had planned so things had to be reorganized a bit but the kids didn’t mind. The kids got to pick between Stinker, Rocco and ZuZu but they really didn’t care which ones that got because they all loved them and couldn’t wait to get them out of the package. The guest ranged in age from 1-7 so it was really neat to see them all play with them in there own way. We had races with them which was a blast and we took them outside and made obstacles for them and they really are quite something. They hardly ever got stuck and they just kept going with there high energy squeaks and squeals.
We had an amazing time thanks to Mom Select and Zhu Zhu Pets. We played games had yummy pita pizza and smoothies and made our mark with the side walk chalk which I never had a chance to take a picture of due to the weather we had going on. Zhu Zhu Pets were a big hit at our house and we play with them everyday. Sadie even takes them to her Grammie and Papas house to “play” with the cats. They are available at Wal-Mart, Toys “R” US and soon to become available at Target (In Oct.) as well as other retailers. You can learn more about them and see all the different hamsters to choose from as well as new ones coming at www.zhuzhupets.com These would make excellent stocking stuffers, and really great and affordable birthday gifts for all those invites that get sent home from school. There are lots of accessories to get too.
Although the age group for my party was a bit of the younger age…pre-school being the average age we still had a blast with the Zhu Zhu Pets. Even if we didn’t get the play the fun games we can play and get to know our pets and meet up down the road to discover new ways. It’s a toy that your child will grow into. Like I said….Sadie plays with hers almost everyday.
