RandomLine Review

I am a big fan of RandomLine products because each game is created to stimulate your child’s imagination. My five year old son loves to create drawings and pictures so the new “Squiggle Monsters” was the perfect quiet time activity for him. What I didn’t expect is that it would be so much fun for all of us.

Squiggle Monster is recommended for ages 6 and up but that didn’t stop my little guy….I simply had to play along with him to help him read some of the words but after a few monster creations he was able to sound out all of the words by himself to play independently. I have to admit that I was a bit disappointed that he wanted to play alone because I was having such a good time. Squiggle Monsters is such a diverse activity, it would be great for car rides, restaurants, waiting at the pediatrician’s office or for quiet time play.

With a spin of the wheel, your monster begins to come to life with a “squiggle”. With the next spin comes a direction such as pointy ears, three eyes or one leg. Another spin adds furry feet, a long nose or spots. The dry erase board makes clean up a snap just erase and put it away. I really like how portable this kit is too. My kids were so proud of their creations and wanted to play literally for over an hour and a half. The next morning Monster Squiggle was the activity that they requested to play again and again. Squiggle Monster and all the other Squiggle games are activities that you can feel good about your children playing with because it encourages creativity, fast thinking and imaginative play. This is the perfect game to have on hand for your Halloween Party Games too.
