My Mama’s Love “Kiss My Boo Boo” Review

I had a chance to feature“Bug Off Me”all natural bug repellant (for sale in my Open Sky store) by My Mama’s Love and it was very effective in repelling ticks and mosquitoes in our humid bug riddled Florida nights.

So, I was thrilled to try another product in the line, “Kiss My Boo Boo” which is an all natural twist up salve stick that literally has a gazillion uses from scratches, scrapes, bug bites (which you wouldn’t have if you used Bug Off Me), chapped lips, dry skin/eczema and even cradle cap spots.

I wish I could say that I don’t have much occasion to use this product but with three active little ones, I have whipped out this stick numerous times. It is so portable that I like to keep it in my purse to have on hand for those inevitable scrapes at the park. I even have one that I leave in my diaper bag when the kids go off to church co-op. My son Jacob scratched his arm and one of the nursery moms asked me where I had gotten that “neat ointment stick” as she was searching through the bag for a bandaid. Even my very macho husband let me rub some on a cut that he got while gardening. He said it felt “very soothing” and it absorbed quickly.

“Kiss My Boo Boo” DOES NOT contain petroleum, mineral oil and is paraben free. This is so important to our family and it is almost impossible to find in many similar products. This salve contains all natural organic olive oil, organic shea butter, organic goldenseal, organic licorice and organic myrrh. My children have started to ask for it as soon as they get the tiniest scratch and I have the comfort of knowing that it only contains the highest quality natural ingredients.

Kiss My Boo Boo is so affordable and is a must have for your home first aid kit.

Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are my own, based on my personal experience with the product.
