Book Review | Angel in a Bubble

Title: Angel in a Bubble

Author: Melisa Eyuboglu

My Review:

This is the first published children’s book that I have read that was written by a nine year old girl. The author, Melisa Eyuboglu should be so proud of her accomplishments and what talent!

Angel in a Bubble is a charming children’s book about guardian angels that are being turned into bubbles. The lead character, Alison and her dog Amigo head out on a mythical adventure to find God and help the angels. Along the way the find new forest friends and their journey takes them through forests, mountains and onto rainbows on their quest.

My children and I enjoyed this sweet story and especially liked the illustrations which are brightly colored watercolors and ink. I so appreciated that Angel in a Bubble is childlike in its simplicity and really captured my own children’s attention. What impressed me the most is seeing this young girl’s imagination come to life in the pages of the story. My five year old asked me if it was possible for a child to write a “real” book and here is the proof. I doubt this will be the last book by this very talented young lady…..

Angel in a Bubble can be enjoyed by the entire family and especially children ages 3-9.  It can be purchased at for $10.95.

*I received a copy of this book to review but I was not financially compensated in any way. The opinions expressed are my own and are based on my observations while reading this novel.*
