Yoga Tune Up Review

Do you have stress? With three children ages 2, 3 and 5, I certainly do and I often feel it at night in my neck and shoulders as I am trying to fall asleep. I didn’t quite know what to do to relieve the pain and discomfort but then I found the Yoga Tune Up: Therapy Ball Kit- Upper Body that is specifically designed for neck and upper back stress. I read about the program which has been featured in Redbook, Marie Claire and the Today Show. I learned that it will help “relieve stress, unwind knots and loosen locked muscles with self massages point trigger therapy.”

I decided to give it a try and wondered if it would really work…so after the kids were in bed, I began the program. The Yoga Tune Up: Therapy Ball program includes two therapy balls, an Audio CD that guides you through the exercises, a Visual Guide and a Travel Tote. For almost an hour, I followed along with the Audio CD and before I knew it I was done. I was surprisingly relaxed and noticed that I was able to lie in my favorite position on the couch to watch the evening news without the normal “pinched nerve” sensation that usually caused my discomfort. What I really liked is that the program was very easy to follow. In the past I have gotten discouraged with programs that were confusing but Yoga Tune Up is very user friendly. I have used the program for two weeks now and I notice that on the days that I “skip” I have more trouble falling asleep at night and more discomfort the next day.

If you are ready to relieve your own stress through self massage order Yoga Tune Up: Therapy Ball Program-Neck and Upper Back today.
