Book Review | Princess Says Goodnight

Title: Princess Says Goodnight

Author: Naomi Howland

My Review:

Sadie has been into dressing up lately and being a princess so I was excited to read Princess Says Goodnight to her that I received for review from Harper Collins Canada.  The book is written by Naomi Howland and illustrated by David Small. ($23.89)

This is a story about a little girl who love to pretend she is a princess. She turns her bedtime routine into a bedtime fiesta dreaming of what a princess might do to get ready for bed. From brushing her teeth in style to hanging her tiara on her bedpost this book takes you through a dreamy bedtime routine of a princess. There is even a froggy to kiss goodnight.

Sadie really enjoyed every minute of this book. The pictures on each page were filled with princess things such as pretty dresses, Kings and Queens, dancing, fancy treats, and princess crowns. The little girl is waited on hand and foot until she is tucked into her bed as I am sure every little girl would love to have done. (maybe it would help not to have 32 requests for water, bathroom, hug, kiss… It is a sweet little book that I am sure will have the little princess in your life having nice fairytale dreams after reading it.
