AnxioFit-1 by EuroPharma Review
Two years ago I suffered my first panic attack. My heart started racing, I was dizzy and couldn’t swallow and my whole body went pins and needles. I thought I was dying. I actually called 911 because that’s how terrifying it was. When I arrived at the hospital and was checked over by a doctor, I was told that I had suffered an anxiety attack. It was such a scary experience for me. I remember the fear of thinking I was going to die alone.
Since then I have had other attacks, but they have never gotten as bad as the initial one. I feel anxiety on a daily basis with regards to my pain condition and the lack of medical care for it in my own country. I feel helpless and this causes me so much worrying and stress. I have other issues in my life that cause stress and this only makes my pain flare up worse. I have been working on methods to reduce my anxiety and stress through diet, exercise, breathing techniques and hypnosis. I know there are prescription drugs that they can give you for anxiety. However, I don’t have a family doctor where I am living and waiting for hours on end at a hospital is NOT something I am wanting to do. I needed to look at other ways to get relief.
Anxio-Fit is a dietary supplement I have been using over the past few weeks which is designed to help occasional anxiety. It’s been clinically studied and shown to:
- Improve mood and feelings of well-being
- Relieve occasional anxiety and tension
- Improve sleep
- Increase energy levels
- Promote mental health and emotional well-being
- Restore healthy brain chemistry
Want to know the key ingredient? Echinacea! Its widely known for supporting the immune system and is something I have taken before when I feel a cold coming on. However it does have other benefits too! A team of European researchers discovered it also has anxiety relieving properties when taken at low doses. Echinacea angustifolia has high levels of special compounds associated with anxiety relief. There are no side effects either!
So you may be thinking about just taking regular Echinacea like would if you were getting a cold or flu. However, that won’t help. The dosage levels are very important. At high dosages, echinacea stimulates the immune system but has no effect on anxiety levels. It needs to be at the low dosage levels to work.
I have been taking 1 tablet a day as recommended and found that it does help. I feel calmer and less quick to get upset. Stuff seems to roll off me more easy these days. I have been really stressed out with stuff going on in my personal life these past few weeks and I believe I am handling it better than I thought I would. Is it a cure-all? No. But I do think it is part of the puzzle and is helpful. I am sleeping better too!
