LUSH Review

With the heat and humidity of summer, I am always looking for skincare products that are going to keep my skin hydrated and deal with any blemishes I might get (as they like to appear when the temperature rises). I was lucky enough to have Lush send me three of their products: Dream Cream Hand & Body Lotion, Ultralight Moisturizer and Grease Lightning. I couldn’t wait to try these out and see how they worked!

Overall, I was really impressed with all three items!  I tried the Dream Cream on my arms and legs after I got out of the shower. It made my skin feel silky and smooth (which makes sense since it made with oat milk, tea tree and other items that generally very gentle and soothing when applied to your skin). I think I am going to start using it as a replacement for the hand cream I currently use because I need something is will make my hands smooth without feeling greasy and I think this will do the trick! I used the Ultralight Moisturizer before going out the past few days and I’ve noticed that skin feels smooth and it is really light! I also like the fact that has built-in protectant from the sun! I may begin using it as I go out walking this summer – my skin isn’t getting any younger so I think this could really help!

I was most excited to try the Grease Lightning because I had read that it was both a blemish fighter and a bug bite soother! I haven’t used it for my blemishes, but I did use it on a nasty mosquito bite on my ankle that was really itchy. I was amazed at the fact that it took the itchiness away right away – I’ve never found a product that’s done that before! I can’t wait to use it on my blemishes because it is even half as effective, I will be really happy!

Check out these great items and lots of other cool stuff at Lush!
