Title: We Are Paper Toys: Print-Cut-Fold-Glue-Fun

Author: Louis Bou

My Review:

I am a scrap-booker and a big kid at heart, so when I saw this title for review, I had to try it. I mean come on what could be better than toys made out of paper! When I got the book in the mail I was very impressed. It was not what I had envisioned, but was even more awesome. {Is that proper grammar? 🙂 }

The paper toys are very quirky and are from a variety of artists~ 32 of the world’s finest to be exact. There are monsters, aliens, robots, animals and some creations I have no idea how to describe.

It is a totally creative art form which I am sure will appeal to many.

Here’s the best part. There is a CD included which contains PDF  templates of many of the designers works that are found in the book. They are full color and have very clear folding, cutting and gluing instructions labelled on them.

I would recommend this book for older kids through to adults {10 and up would be my guess.} The pictures alone are worth the price of it and the CD is a fun bonus. Give it a try and let your creative juices flow!

*I received a copy of this book to review but I was not financially compensated in any way. The opinions expressed are my own and are based on my observations while reading this novel.*
