No MOO for Me

And here is Ana’s other blog- No Moo For Me!

Please tell me about yourself.

The Cast of No Moo Characters!

Chef Savvy – Savannah is 3 years old and has a severe dairy allergy.  She is a Warrior Princess (the W.P.)!  Why do we call her a Warrior Princess? You ask..She was born with a rare liver disease named Biliary Atresia.  At the age of 1 year and 24 days (yeah…we were counting!) she received a liver transplant. She is a princess who loves tiaras, dresses, shoes and anything with bling.  She is also a Warrior who is tough and adores Elmo, Thomas the train and her Matchbox cars. Savvy is a tough judge of food…at 3 she has her own opinions of what she likes or does not like…if the recipe is not “Savvy Approved” then it does not make it onto the site!

Super Papi – Who is that adorable man assisting Chef Savvy?  Well that would be her Papi….I mean Super Papi! Why do we call him Super Papi?  Is it because he is the most amazing father a little girl could have…well, that is true but the reason he got his nickname is because when Savannah was just a few months old she would literally shake with excitement when he got home and she heard his voice.  She would start shaking and cooing and until present day when he arrives through the door the reaction that Savvy has is like she is witnessing a Super Hero appear in front of her…thus SUPER PAPI!  (oh, outside of our home others call him Robert).

The Voice
– So who is that voice you always hear…usually laughing at what is going on around her.  That would be Mami, also known as the production crew.

So that in a nut shell (delete the nut shell if you have a nut allergy) is our crew at “No Moo For Me”.

Please tell me about your blog.

No Moo For Me! is a blog that features dairy free food and recipes. We also do product reviews and giveaways. Chef Savvy makes every recipe with the assistance of her Super Papi.

How did you get started?

This blog came from my frustration in tracking down dairy free recipes that my 3 year old would eat.

What kinds of products do you feature on your blog?

We have featured kitchen products, non-dairy food, and will be featuring clothing products. We are open to all products that can be used in the kitchen and or in making the process of cooking easier. We are also open to children’s clothing for Chef Savvy loves to change outfits midway through shooting her videos she is such a princess!

Who does your blog appeal to?

It appeals to individuals who have a dairy allergy but the recipes featured are Savvilicious and one does not need to have a dairy allergy to enjoy them!

What direction do you see your blog going in the future?

I would love the blog to become a resource for individuals who are looking for recipes that are dairy free.

What is the biggest challenge you have faced so far with your blog?

The biggest challenge is probably what makes this blog unique. The products are tested by Chef Savvy and we videotape her reaction, so if she doesn’t like it well she simply doesn’t like it. There is no changing a 3 year olds mind!

What do you love about blogging?

This blog is simply fun for me and the No Moo Crew we have a blast making the recipes together – well I supervise but I am also the production crew so I get to taste all of the Savvilicious recipes!

How can people find you?
