Book Review | Black Smoke by Robin Leigh Miller

Title: Black Smoke
Author: Robin Leigh Miller

My Review:

This book was right up my alley since my favorite genre is paranormal romance novels. Black Smoke is brilliantly written; you are immediately sucked into the plot and characters. I was immediately drawn into Sam and wanted to know her complete story. I wasn’t so sure about Kong at first but grew to love him also and it was hard not to love Boomer and Ricochet from the moment you first met them. I finished this book in a day because I just could not stop reading it. The plot was thick with things going on; you learn a little about all the characters throughout the book, and it always left you wanting more. I couldn’t have asked for a better ending. As I was reading Black Smoke there was one part I was wishing happened differently until I got to the very end of the novel and then I understood; it wouldn’t have been a perfect love story if it was not for that extra tension. It made for a brilliant end to a beautiful book.
