Wizz-e Review

I love books and always have. As soon as I found out I was pregnant I started collecting books. Some new and some that were my favourites as a child or had become my favourites from my experience as a nanny. Sadie and I read books every night before bed and quite often through out the day on the weekends. She loves books.

There are tons of ways to read books whether you read them the good ol’ way, listen to them on CD or some books even come with DVD so you can watch and listen on TV. And now ebooks are becoming popular. Its just a little change up from the ordinary.
Wizz-e is a great little website designed to bring books to life. I got to try out several of the books that they have to offer and I was quite impressed with the selections and tools they have. The animated illustrations were clear and bright and the realistic page turning made it fun. Some of the books talk about telling time, simple math addition and some like The House That Jack Built simply highlight the word as it is read to you.
Wizz-e can grow with your child as each book can be not only a story but as your child ages they can learn. When you buy one of the e books you have access right away. No waiting for it to come in the mail. You can view it online or download it to your PC to have on hand to review again and again. No license that will expire and you don’t need any additional device to view the books. The book is yours to keep forever. You can download free books with registration or have a look at the library to see what they have to offer.
Check them out at You child will love this change for reading books. Wizz-e donates 10% of their profits to Rooms to Read, a charity which brings books and education to children less fortunate than your own. Prices start from $1.99.
