Jericho Skin Care Review

I don’t know too much about the Dead Sea except that it is in the Middle East and it has really salty water. I did learn a few months back that it does contain properties that are used in skin care products. After taking a look at Jericho Skin Care’s website, I learned a few more facts.

Did you know that the Dead Sea is actually 1300 feet below sea level and has soil that is very rich in minerals? And did you know that even Cleopatra knew about all the beauty benefits the Dead Sea could offer? Very interesting indeed. After learning this, I am definitely more intrigued to see its benefits.

Jericho Skin Care uses Dead Sea nutrients in their product line to renew, restore and make your skin radiate. It also has healing properties to both soothe and enrich your skin and make it feel and look wonderful.

I received a Purifying Mud Mask for my review. It is formulated with Dead Sea Black Mud and Bees wax and is all natural. It boosts cell renewal, revitalizes the skin and softens the pores. Lavender and Avocado oils both calm, soothe and moisturize and Pro-Vitamins B5 and E rejuvenate the skin.

I couldn’t wait to try it out. I love mud masks and put one on before I sit in the tub to relax. I washed my face as usual and then applied the mask. I liked how it applied so smoothly and there was no grit that can irritate my skin. It didn’t burn or hurt when I put it on. Sometimes that happens to me since I have sensitive skin.  I left it on for about 15 minutes. I looked pretty funny with it on according to John!

After applying the mask and waiting the required time, I almost forgot that I had it on my face because I didn’t even feel it. You know how sometimes masks will crack or feel really dry on your face as they dry? This one didn’t do that. It also rinsed off very easily with warm water and a face cloth. My skin felt so smooth and soft afterwards.

I really liked the Purifying Mud Mask from Jericho Skin Care and will continue to use it once a week. It’s all natural (no parabens!) and I am hooked on that Dead Sea mud!

You can purchase the Purifying Mud Mask for $27 by visiting Jericho Skin Care.
