Organicare Review

I always wished I had nicer skin. My skin is so darn sensitive and still prone to breakouts even though I am now 31 years old. I find anytime that I use skin care with any kind of chemicals or harsh ingredients, I break out or my face gets really red. If I am using a skin care product with natural ingredients, then I am ok.

I was impressed by the skincare company Organicare whose focus and ideals are very similar to my own. They are of the belief that we all can make a difference to better our world no matter how small a task we set out to do. They give back by donating a portion of their proceeds to charitable organizations focused on the sustainability of our environment and helping underprivileged children. Not only are they a company with a social conscience, but they also only use the purest ingredients in their products that are never tested on animals. They use superior formulation techniques and advanced technology in their product development to give you the skin experience you desire: beautiful skin.

Organicare carries a variety of products including lines for Prevention, Anti-Aging, Radiance and Clear Complexion. I got to try out a bottle of Fresh Fix: Hydrating Mist to Go. Fresh Fix is meant to be carried with you to rehydrate and refresh your skin’s glow throughout the day. It contains green tea to invigorate tired, dehydrated skin and aloe vera and lavender to soothe and calm the senses. It can also be uses to soothe sunburned skin, set mineral makeup and calm and soothe irritated skin.

I love this product and it was my saviour on the hot days we had this summer!! I loved spraying it on my face to help cool me off and give me a little boost to keep me looking my best. It’s very easy to use- you simply hold the bottle about 8 to 12 inches from your face and lightly spritz one or two pumps onto your skin. It is recommended for all skin types and did not irritate my sensitive skin. The smell is fresh and not overpowering.

I wear mineral makeup which can get pretty messy sometimes. I love using Fresh Fix after applying my makeup to set it on my skin so it doesn’t melt off. My skin is very oily so believe it or not, this does happen! My boyfriend had a bad sunburn on his neck and shoulders and I used some Fresh Fix to help soothe his burn and he said it also helped ease the pain.

Fresh Fix retails for $29.50 for a 100 ml bottle. This is a good size bottle and will last you awhile since you don’t need to use much. You can purchase Fresh Fix online or find a location near you.

Disclosure: I was not financially compensated for this post. I received a sample of the product for review purposes. The opinions are my own, based on my personal experience with the product.
