Lilitah Review

My youngest daughter, Bridget, has always been difficult to put to bed. Sometimes it’s almost midnight before she actually falls asleep. I’m not exactly sure why that is, but think it maybe because she is a little bundle of energy and always on the go. She doesn’t like to stay in one spot for long! Needless to say, bedtime is not a peaceful time in my house and I don’t really get much time to myself to read or watch tv or do whatever after the kids go to bed.

I know that I am not the only parent out there having issues with their kid’s bedtimes. In fact, there is a company called Lilitah that addresses this very issue in a unique way. Lilitah actually incorporates harmony symbols into their bedding products to gently change the energy and life patterns of the person. This is the first I had heard about this kind of product, but the idea intrigued me. Everything in the universe carries a specific frequency and so by wearing these symbols you can shift, realign and nurture the energy. These symbols carry high vibrations and simply being near them will allow the person’s energy and thought patterns to shift.

It’s a bit similar to the effect of positive affirmations and their benefits, but it takes much less time by using the symbols. In fact, it has been proven that a child must be told a lie 50,000 times before it becomes a belief and is incorporated into their emotional patterns. The Lilitah Harmony Symbols deliver the same effect as positive affirmations and will continually deliver its message until it is incorporated into the brain. The emotional and behavioural changes are seen much sooner though because these symbols do the work of over 10,000 affirmations!!

Lilitah Harmony Symbols are great during times of transition or change and will support the body on all levels through any situation. They treat numerous conditions including falling asleep (big issue in our home), temper tantrums, nightmares, ADD/ADHD, depression, and anxiety to name a few. They are particularly effective for children because kids will absorb and emulate the energy of others and the symbols will shield them from fear, anxiety and stress of adult life. The symbols will create feelings of safety and security and will allow your child to feel safe, sleep better, be in better mood and achieve balance. Your child will fall asleep quickly and stay asleep. If your child has ADD, the symbols will greatly reduce hyperactivity and will enhance focus.

Lilitah has blankets including baby blankets and jewelry all with various Lilitah Harmony Symbols. All Lilitah’s regular blankets and sheets have all 12 symbols infused into the fabrics. Some examples of the symbols are Protection, Creativity, Gratitude and Receiving.

I received the Lilitah Baby Clouds blanket in Blush. This is a 36 x 50 soft baby pink blanket trimmed with satin. It contains three symbols: Clearing, Heart and Joy that will work to calm excited emotions and creates a cocoon of safe and joyous energy around your child. It helps to remove bedtime issues and nightmares and helps foster a deeper and more restful slumber.

This blanket is a good size for a crib or just as a special “blankie” they can sleep with. It is incredibly soft to the touch and the symbols make it very unique to look at. I was a bit skeptical at first since this is the first I had ever heard about this sort of product. However, I was pleasantly surprised that it did help Bridget fall asleep easier and stay asleep. It worked right away and I did not have to wait a set number of days or works before it had its effect. Bridget loves her special “blankie” and it has now become a staple of her bedtime routine.

It is a pricier than many other blankets I have tried at $75 each. However, if you do have a child that has certain conditions or issues that need help, then it definitely is worth a try. The Lilitah Harmony Symbols are powerful and do seem to do the trick.
