Photofiddle.com Review

When I first came across Photofiddle.com in my travels online, I was amazed. I could not believe that they could take a regular picture and make it look like a work of art. My kids thought it was the coolest thing- taking a picture of themselves and making it into different styles of paintings.

Photofiddle.com has been around since 2004 and received much buzz from various publications. However, their popularity skyrocketed after Oprah put Photofiddle.com on the O List in 2006 and since then they have become one of the top sites on the Internet. It’s also been featured on The Today Show and CBS Early Show.

So if you are wondering what exactly is Photofiddle.com , I will tell you about this awesome company. At the Photofiddle.com website, you can create art from your photos with free online photo effects software. Photofiddle.com will transform your picture using over 50 art styles including oil painting, watercolour painting, modern art, pencil sketches to name a few. You then have the option of choosing to have your prints on canvas art or printing your photos on art paper or art print. Plus, you can even produce art on stretched canvas, rolled canvas, framed art prints, or art posters. Trust me, this feature is so cool! I had so much fun seeing how different each art style could change the look of my picture. The effect is amazing and it looks like an actual piece of art.
I love the decorating potential that I have with Photofiddle.com. You can create a photo depending on the theme of the room and change the look of the art with a simple click of your mouse. Some decorating ideas are having pop art poster in your kid’s bedrooms or turn your favourite photo into stretched canvas for your bedroom. With Father’s Day just around the corner, a print from Photofiddle.com would make a one-of-a-kind gift that any dad would love. It would for sure be meaningful and unique and something that would be cherished and enjoyed for years to come.

I received a stretched canvas of a photo of my daughter Bridget. I had a hard time picking which special effects I wanted because they all looked amazing! I loved how it could like a completely different picture depending on which style I used. I ended up going with the Fantasy Art photo although it was a very difficult choice.

My print was quickly delivered by FedEx and I want to say how impressed I am with the quality of my Photofiddle.com stretched canvas print. They did a fabulous job and it looks like a real painting! I was happy to see that it was a good size print (18 x 12) and it came wrapped on a wooden frame so all I needed to do was hang it on my wall. Voila! It’s home is now on my living room wall and I have received many compliments on it. People ask who is the artist and sometimes I say that it’s me, but then I always end up telling them about Photofiddle.com.
The prices vary depending on what you are buying and there is quite a large range. You can spend under $30 to thousands of dollars for the big ticket items.

Fiddle a photo for yourself and see what I mean about this awesome site. It’s so much fun to see what you can create for yourself.
