I’ve been on Instagram for a long time now. I love that it allows me to quickly edit and share my iPhone pictures. It seems that a lot of photography sites are now offering the option to print Instagram photos, but with so many sites out there and so many different options to choose from, it can be hard to know what sites to trust with your pictures. I’m happy to introduce you to a fantastic company that not only delivers a great end product, but also makes it easy and fun to bring your Instagram pictures to life – Ink361.
I received a $50 credit from Ink361 for this review. When I went to the site, signing up was a breeze. I chose to sign in with my Instagram account (you can also sign up using email or your Facebook account). When I was logged in I was able to see not only my photos, but the photos of the users I follow on Instagram. It was nice to see everything on a big screen! When I clicked on “order prints” I was taken to a screen that showed me all my Instagram photos and gave me options for ordering photo prints, framed prints, art prints, phone cases, photo cards, canvas prints, and metal prints. I decided to start with choosing some pictures for simple photo prints, which start at only 50 cents a piece. As I chose the pictures I wanted to print, I was given options for styles, photo papers, and sizes to print each photo. It was so easy to use and it was fun going through the different styles. I liked being able to preview everything I chose before adding them to my cart. I chose a few simple photo prints (at 50 cents a piece), one fine art print ($13 for a 10×10) and one metal print for review ($27 for an 8×8). After placing my order I received an order confirmation email and another email when my order shipped. My products arrived neatly packed and wrapped to keep them well-protected during shipping. I was so excited about these prints, as this was the first time I had any of my Instagram photos printed. The quality of the prints are fantastic. They arrived looking just like they do on my Instagram account. The metal print comes ready-to-hang and looks fantastic hanging on my living room wall. I chose to hang my simple photo prints with some Washi tape for now, but may transfer them to floating frames later on, which is my plan for the fine art print as well. I love the look of these prints and will definitely order more from Ink361 in the future.
Ink361 offers users the tools to view, upload and print their own photos, along with the ability to search for other users and create albums of favorite photos. There are options to upload photos from Instagram, Facebook, your computer, Dropbox, Flickr, Google Drive, or even to take a new one while on the site! Their blog highlights great photos from the web as well as picture-taking tutorials, news and product reviews. They also offer widgets for adding photos to your blog, creating Twitter backgrounds and more. And they are currently working on a new service on the site that would allow you to sell your photos.
