Dr. Niedermaier Regulat® Review & Giveaway (US)

My French Canadian grandmother swore by a fermented tonic that she drank regularly and she lived a long, healthy life. I was very interested to learn more about Regulat® dietary supplement which is a fermented liquid concentrate that is made from “fresh fruits, nut and vegetables”.

Dr. Niedermaier Regulat®

My six year old daughter has very severe asthma and her specialist has recommended that we supplement her whole food diet with additional dietary enzyme. I have since researched this particular area and the need for vital enzymes which I have learned has been depleted from many food sources as a result of modern agricultural methods, industrial food processing and all of those dreaded synthetic additives. Having daily stress, less exercise and environmental pollutants are other problems facing the body in regards to a nutrient deficiency.

How can Regulat® be beneficial to the body? Regulat® is touted a naturally prepared supplement containing essential phytonutrients and probiotics. The purpose of using this product is possibly “giving the immune system an extra boost, promote a healthy blood environment, supports the digestive system and neutralizes free radicals”. This is very interesting to me because we have a family history of deadly cancer and blood disorders. We also strive to keep our immune system as healthy as possible in order to avoid getting our daughter, Hannah sick and triggering her asthma. In fact, it can even be used externally applied to the skin and is frequently prescribed by doctors in Germany for “12 different ailments”.

You can learn more about Regulat® works by watching this interesting and informative video found at the Regulat® website.

Regulat® has been certified organic (using European Organic Standards), has absolutely no artificial ingredients, no preservatives, is alcohol free, gluten free, dairy free and is suitable for vegans. I will venture to guess that many of you are wondering…….”Sounds great, but how does it taste?” I find it to have a very pleasant earthy taste. I mix a small amount 10ml twice a day with water. It has a fermented slightly similar to apple cider vinegar taste that I find not at all unpleasant. In fact, whenever I take this product I feel more reinvigorated and have less bloating and digestive discomfort.

I would like to try Regulat. Our diets have too much in the way of processed food and additives. We grow what we can in the summer and eat whole foods as often as we can. But there is so much out there that is tempting and not necessarily that good for us. This sounds like a good way to detox and get a good start on a healthier life.
Too bad my two french-canadian grandmothers didn’t know about this.
