Yvonne Ryding Anti-Aging Skincare Review & Giveaway (US)

After a lifetime of sun exposure from living in Florida, I am more concerned than ever about maintaining healthy skin and a youthful glow. In fact, taking care of my skin is vital because I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my neck last year and I am constantly worried about it returning. I don’t consider using high quality natural skincare products a luxury but rather an investment in my skin and overall well-being.

Yvonne Ryding offers the best in anti-aging skincare and includes a wide variety of natural products for all skin types including combination, dry, mature, normal, oily and sensitive. I was drawn to this line initially because the creator, Yvonne’s beliefs are consistent with mine i.e. “if you combine a balanced joyful lifestyle and healthy foods, sleep, drinking water and exercise along with a commitment to taking care of your biggest organ by using natural products, then you will get a really wonderful glow around you.”

I was excited to try two of the most popular products in this natural skin care line that is imported from Sweden. As I approach age 40 next year, I have started to notice a few fine squint lines (thanks to the bright Florida sun) and skin that is not as radiant as it used to be when I was younger.

I am currently using the DNA Repair & Protect Face Cream ($75) which features Coenzyme Q10 and collagen to fight premature aging. I love that it is free of parabens and is a protective cream. I apply a small amount (a little goes a long way) to my face after washing it in the morning and before applying my daily sunscreen and make-up. I then apply a second time at night around my eyes and on my forehead. The goal of this product is to “radically enhance skin structure and give skin a radiant glow” After using the DNA Repair & Protect Face Cream for 10 days, I noticed that my skin looked smoother and it felt much softer to the touch. My make-up glided on easily and stayed put longer. The rich cream absorbs almost instantly, there is no oily or greasy residue and my skins feel moist and supple.

I don’t normally use a facial tonic but I was very excited to try the Yvonne Ryding Facial Tonic ($40) because it is one of the only skin care product lines that uses cinnamon! I learned that cinnamon has antibacterial properties and I use this to refresh my skin after working out at the gym or on a hot day when I am exercising outdoors. I like the pleasant tingling on my skin and I was surprised that it actually felt like it was adding moisture to my skin. I also appreciate that this facial tonic is alcohol-free so it is never drying and it is preservative free so I feel good about using it whenever I need a boost for my skin.

I am very impressed with the products that I am using from Yvonne Ryding. From cleansers, moisturizers, intensive treatments, perfume, body care products and facial care, Yvonne Ryding has excellent quality skin care for women (and men) of all ages.
