On those busy nights, I still want to serve my family a delicious meal using high quality, natural ingredients. Picasso’s Café has a line of delicious, restaurant quality finishing sauces that can transform an ordinary meal into a memorable experience.
The Ponzu Picatta Sauce by Picasso’s Café is absolutely delicious and it is bursting with flavors. To create this finishing sauce, the chefs at Picasso’s Café have skillfully combined French and Asian natural ingredients. This sauce features a “Classic French Lemon Butter” sauce and it infuses Yuzu. This Asian citrus fruit has the wonderful tartness of a grapefruit and sweetness of a mandarin orange…..delicious!
Ponzu Picatta™ can be used for dipping, as a sauté or gravy and as a finishing sauce. My husband grilled fresh salmon and we added this as a finishing sauce with a bit on the side for dipping the roasted vegetables. It was a big hit with our entire family, including the kids who really liked it as a vegetable sauce. This was such an easy way to transform ordinary salmon into a delicious tasting, healthy meal.
The Mezzo-Mezzo sauce is an excellent alternative to traditional pasta sauce. It is a creative fusion of alfredo and marinara and I love that it has just a hint of spice to elevate the flavors to new levels. My husband is very traditional regarding red sauces so I was concerned that he would not like the linguine dish that I had prepared with this sauce. I was very pleased when he gave it a resounding “thumbs up” and said that he really enjoyed the savory and creamy taste combination. For those who are on a gluten-free diet this is a flavorful, delicious option because it is gluten-free.
I was very impressed with the Ponzu Picatta™ and Mezzo-Mezzo finishing sauces that my entire family enjoyed. I love that I have the option to serve my family a restaurant quality meal at home and this would be perfect for dinner parties and romantic dinners too when you are trying to impress family and friends. You are invited to visit Picasso’s Café website to learn more about how to purchase these delicious finishing sauces.

I love the fact they try to support the local comunity by using their products and the menu is great. It gives you a fantastic section while still remaining true to their basic theme. I really can’t stand a place that has a little bit of everything and none of it tastes good enough for you to want write home about it. Picasso managed to get a great selection why still keeping to their theme specialty.
I also downloaded the menu and he prices are great too.
