My children love arts and crafts so they were really excited to create a Mosaic by Numbers® Sticky Mosaics® by The Orb Factory. This craft set is a great way for young children to learn how to match colors and numbers as they create their masterpiece using sticky tiles, sparkling tiles and colorful gems. It is also engaging and fun for older children too who are sure to want to display their finished treasures or even give them out as creative custom gifts for the holidays.

My children’s favorite movie is Dolphin Tales so I knew that they would really like the Dolphin theme in the Sticky Mosaics® product line at The Orb Factory. This set includes four designs which have kept my children occupied for over an hour at a time over the past week. It also has 4 plastic hangers and 4 cardboard stands so that they can display their finished designs and over 1800 pretty, vividly colored tiles and jewel pieces.

Recommended for ages 5 and up, Mosaic by Numbers® is especially popular with my young daughter (age 5). Her four year old brother likes to help her and is able to match the colors to the numbers so that he knows where to place each sticky tile and even her older brother drops in occasionally to help her as well. I love that it is easy to use, there is no mess to clean up afterwards and the unfinished designs can be stored in the box until the next use. It is a great craft idea that helps to promote independent play while not requiring a lot of supervision on my part after initially explaining how it works.

In my opinion this is an excellent value at only $16.99 for the Dolphins set because it provides a lot of fun and entertainment as it elevates self confidence when the finished design ultimately “comes to life.” This is our first arts and crafts kits from The Orb Factory but it certainly won’t be our last because my children have really enjoyed creating their dolphin designs.
