Simply Stacie is honored to be a part of the Guidecraft Educators blog team along with a fabulous group of bloggers. For the past three months, we have featured the highest quality educational products from Guidecraft. This month, I am pleased to introduce you to the Little Lectern from Guidecraft and we are also hosting a fabulous giveaway of this product to one very lucky reader. This is a wonderful opportunity for all of our readers to learn more about Guidecraft, check out new blogs and have a chance to win amazing prizes from Guidecraft!
The Little Lectern by Guidecraft is an exceptional piece of furniture for any classroom, bible school or home school. It is constructed using high quality walnut-stained birch plywood and it is quite sturdy and durable for long-lasting usage. I also like that it features a comfortable carpeted riser that is easily pulled out for the student to stand on and then it can be conveniently folded up inside the unit when it is not being used. At 18” W x 17”D x40”H, the Little Lectern is the perfect size for preschool and school aged children. It includes a handy shelf to store important papers, reports etc. to keep children organized during their assignment.
My students (even the one that is usually very shy) were beaming with pride and confidence as they stood at the Little Lectern and gave a presentation. My youngest students told a story aloud to the group and my eldest, age 6 actually read a story that he had written himself. I appreciate that the Little Lectern “promotes public speaking and group presentation skills” and I have utilized it several times per week within our curriculum.
Guidecraft is proud to be a leader in the industry and is known for crafting beautiful wood furniture and products for children. It is a family business that was established 46 years ago and it is obvious to me that producing excellent quality products is always of top importance at Guidecraft. As a customer for over 6 years, I value the excellent customer service and every product that I have purchased from Guidecraft has exceeded my expectations as a mom and an educator.
You are invited to visit Guidecraft to view the entire collection of children’s educational toys and furniture or to purchase the Little Lectern which is priced at $200.
