Holiday Gift Guide | AutoLearner Review & Giveaway (US)

I home school my three children and value every opportunity to provide unique educational experiences. I have discovered that one perfect place to promote learning is in the car while running errands, traveling on road trips etc. AutoLearner™ has created a valuable resource that promotes pre-reading and vocabulary skills by a unique learning lessons system.

Proudly designed in America, the AutoLearner™ is a user-friendly plastic lesson holder that attaches to the front seat headrest. I slipped this easily over my headrest so that the lesson holder was easily viewed by my three children, specially targeting my six year old son who is learning to read. I then added into the plastic holder a lesson of choice available from AutoLearner™.

This learning system was created for preschool and early elementary school-aged children and my son was excited to start his first educational lesson regarding Consonant Blends and Digraphs. What surprised (and pleased) me the most is that his younger siblings (ages 4 and 5) actively participated in the lesson and were forming the sounds along with him too.

I have found in our experience that the AutoLearner™ successfully meets its three targeted goals by:

  • Utilizing time in the car to build pre-reading skills and vocabulary
  • Makes learning fun
  • Develops bonds between caregivers and children

My children look forward to learning new lessons that are colorful and engaging. In fact anytime we are headed out in the car they will promptly remind me put in new material so that they can “practice”. It always leads to a fun and interactive discussion about the latest educational topic i.e. the alphabet, numbers, colors, letter sounds and more. I also appreciate that each lesson includes several suggested discussion topics to guide parents.

I have found the AutoLearner™ Holder ($17.99) to be practical, affordable and effective for use with my three children. You can purchase the lessons ($.99 to $2.99) as a downloadable file and it is “a la carte” so you can choose which lessons you would like to use with the AutoLearner™ Holder.

You are invited to visit the AutoLearner™ website to learn more and purchase this effective and practical learning system……car rides have never been so educational (and fun).
