My Review:
My six year old son and his younger siblings want to start decorating their playroom for Halloween a full month before October 1st so I knew that he would be really excited to try some of the fun ideas in National Geographic Kids Halloween Book of Fun. When the book arrived, the kids curled up together on their bean bag and starting making a list of the crafts and decorations they were interested in making to celebrate the start of fall. This book is so creative and unique because it encompasses lots of Halloween inspired fun including games, recipes, crafts and decorative ideas. In typical National Geographic style, this book really uses photographs and pictures to help inspire my little ones imaginations. We have had this book for one week and it is already well worn from so much use by my children. It is a wonderful addition to our holiday ideas book collection and my son has declared it to be his current “favorite book”.

My daughter and I made a bat hanging. We took a hanger and covered it in white batting then hung homemade black and purple bat cut outs in all different flying positions. I hang it every year.
