My husband is a big fan of scalloped potatoes so he was excited when I served the new offerings from Idahoan Foods for dinner. This fall, Idahoan Foods is adding three delicious casserole mixes including Scalloped, Au Gratin and Loaded Baked Casserole.
It was very easy to follow the instructions on the box and create a delicious side dish for my entire family in just minutes. My husband and children commented that it was “very cheesy and flavorful” and everyone wanted to have second helpings. My favorite was the Loaded Baked Casserole which really did have a taste explosion of chives, bacon, sour cream, rich butter and of course authentic Idaho® potatoes.
I normally make scalloped potatoes from scratch but it is a time consuming task and since my family enjoyed Idahoan Foods new casserole flavors, I might just add these more often to our dinner line-up and save myself some time and effort on those busy nights. With over 50 years of experience creating products that have that homemade taste, I am a new fan of Idahoan Foods!
