Farm Rich Review & Giveaway (US)

Recently I had a chance to try Farm Rich products. I have to tell you the good with the bad on this review, or it would not be a review worth doing. How about we cover the good first?

I think the Company as a customer service oriented company is awesome. They addressed my concerns, I feel that I was genuinely listened to; they are very nice and friendly.

Now, on to the negative, which is really not that bad, nor do I fault Farm Rich for.

They have a search box on the website to search where the products are available locally. The same website shows you all the products they produce, which is quite a few things to choose from. I popped my zip code in the box and found a local store. I went to the store and the product was nowhere to be found. I went to a 2nd store and they only had one product that my teenager did not care to try. Finally on the 3rd store we found 3 products to choose from, none of which we had hoped to find. We opted for the Cheese Filled Pretzel Bites, and took our purchase to the checkout and our freebie coupon did not cover the entire price. Again, I do not blame that on Farm Rich; we live in a small community and get charged more for everything. Now, my teenager will eat anything and he thought the pretzel bites were ok. We really wanted to try the Mozzarella sticks, but could not find them to buy. My husband and I did not really care for the Pretzel Bites as we thought the cheese inside was more like eating cheese from a can inside a pretzel. But, the rest of the kids in the house really did not seem to complain so they all got eaten, and very quickly I have to add.

All in all, I think this would have been a much different review if I had lived in a bigger town and was able to find more products to choose from. We just happened to review a product that was not the greatest quick snack in the world, but in a heartbeat I would buy those Mozzarella Sticks, if I could find them.

Take a peek at your Supermarket and see if they carry Farm Rich products in their frozen food section. Farm Rich prides themselves on being wholesome, family friendly and their nutrition facts and recipe ideas are readily available on their website.
