They sit down with Simon Mainwaring, author of We First who shares ways you as an individual can make a difference just by how you shop! I found it very informative and I had no idea these kinds of tools existed. The episode definitely made my think about my choices and I recommend you check it out as well.

I like how they mention how much more kids know at a younger age now. And we are their examples. If we don’t expect more of companies, they won’t either.
I thought the video was very informative and it taught me about some ways to use technology to learn more about different products and their environmental impact

I found the video very interesting. I had no idea that there were ways to find and track socially responsible companies. I always try to shop from a socially responsible company if given the choice, but I do not always know what each company does and now I will be able to find out before making a purchase and choose a company that is contributing to making our world better.

Lots of great tips and love the app where you can check on a company.
These two are onto something. I enjoyed the vlog so much i went and read the blog on the site covering the same ideas. There are alot of things we can do just by the things we buy. me i like to buy Dawn because they let me imput a code off the container online and make a small contribution to save wildlife. Newmans Own helps out as well. Thats how i hve been doing my part, but now i have a deeper insight. there is such a deeper impact i ould have…i just need to upgrade to a smart phone to use the app!
I love that we can use our phones to check out companies before we support them with our hard earned dollars.
